This service involves crafting a comprehensive estimate that aligns with the insurance company's current approved estimate. Our team will then strategically add supplemental requests, highlighted in bold, along with detailed reasoning and supporting images to justify each request. We will compile and submit any relevant supporting documentation alongside the estimate. Our commitment extends to proactive, continuous follow-ups with the insurance carrier to ensure the supplemental items are reviewed and approved, culminating in the confirmation of fund release and/or an updated estimate from the insurance company.
Reinspections
For reinspection services, we require the client to provide the most recent insurance estimate (if available), accurate measurements, and detailed photographs showcasing the current damage. Our team will create a new, thorough estimate incorporating these damage photos, ensuring only the most impactful images are included to strengthen the reinspection request. While we prepare and submit the necessary documentation to the insurance carrier, we do not perform follow-ups on the reinspection request. Once the documentation is sent, we promptly notify the client, who will then be responsible for pursuing follow-up communications with the carrier.
Consultation
Our consultation service is tailored for contractors seeking to optimize their business structure and operational efficiency. We offer comprehensive guidance to help you build a strong foundation for your company, ensuring it operates smoothly and effectively. For larger, more complex projects, we go above and beyond by creating a customized company binder. This binder encompasses detailed procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously developed to match the vision and aspirations of the business owner. Completion Documents
Our completion document service is designed to streamline the release of any remaining insurance funds. We handle the preparation and organization of all necessary documents required by the insurance carrier, including—but not limited to—the final estimate and final invoice, both derived from the final approved estimate. Often, a supplemental request is included as part of the completion package to address outstanding items. We ensure that the carrier receives a complete and comprehensive package, and our team will actively follow up with the insurance carrier to facilitate the timely release of the funds. This proactive approach ensures the process moves forward smoothly and efficiently.
Estimating
Our estimation service is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. We ask that the client supply precise measurements and any relevant details regarding the scope of work they wish to be estimated. We will then produce a meticulous Xactimate estimate that aligns with these requirements. Please note that while we create and deliver this estimate to the client, it is their responsibility to submit the documentation to the insurance carrier or any other relevant parties.
Supplement Training
Our Supplement Training service is designed for contractors who wish to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in handling supplement requests. This service does not teach the technicalities of supplementing but instead focuses on equipping your team with the knowledge and strategies needed to support successful supplement submissions.
Conducted via Google Meets or in person, our training sessions guide your team through the process of gathering essential documentation, with a particular emphasis on taking effective photos that clearly demonstrate the necessity for supplements. We share best practices for capturing images that substantiate your requests and ensure they meet the standards required by insurance carriers.
Additionally, we provide valuable insights on how to communicate the supplement process to your clients. This ensures that your clients are well-informed and prepared to facilitate the collection of approved supplement funds. Our training empowers your team to handle supplements with confidence and efficiency, ultimately leading to improved success rates and smoother operations
